Completing an evaluation in acute care can be daunting. Where do you start? How can you do an effective chart review? What parts of the chart do you look at first? So many questions!

It might be helpful for you to gradually introduce aspects of an evaluation to your student. Build upon each section as your student becomes proficient with each section until they can complete an entire eval on their own.
